You will die: You will die eventually. We all will regardless of our finances. If you can't afford rct and the tooth requires it, have the tooth extracted. If the tooth becomes infected the infection can spread to other parts of the body causing serious complications including death (even though rare). See if you can work out the finances somehow. Replacing teeth is more costly than saving them over time.

Extraction: You will not die, but the tooth may. If you do choose to get your tooth extracted, you could always get an implant once you're able to afford it. Take care.

Eventually: We all die, eventually. But death from a tooth infection is very rare. If you cannot afford to restore the tooth, then you will need to have it extracted. Failure to treat will result in an infection, and in the end, the same result: extraction of the tooth.
