Neither will work: Vinegar of any kind does not treat warts. All vinegars have acetic acid, and it might be assumed it would help because one standard treatment for warts is bi- or trichloroacetic acid. But despite similar name, it's a very different chemical. Could try OTC product like Compound W, but usually ineffective for plantar warts. See a dermatologist or other doctor for in-office treatment or prescription.
