Still Aroused: Most likely the glans is still engorged with blood and will eventually shrink down and cover up. After ejaculation, the penis may take some time to resume its full flaccid state. Sometimes the foreskin gets trapped behind the glans and prevents it from shrinking down. If the foreskin is caught and the glans does not shrink down, you need to see your doctor.
