Sexual urge: It depends what sort of urge. Are you married or in a healthy relationship? Do you have urges to engage in sex with that partner? That would be completely normal and healthy. I would go for it often as u r inclined. If ur not in a relationship, or u are & ur urges threaten to ruin a relationship I would seek counseling straight away. Other immediate concerns include unprotected sex. Use condoms

Not enough info.: I am left guessing about what your question means? If you are masturbating to the point that it is interfering with your daily life - that is a problem. If you are engaging in sexual activity that isn't complete consensual - that is a big problem. If your sexual activity is with children (or other off limits issues) then that is a really big problem. Get psychiatric help for sexual addictions.

Seek help.: If your sexual urges are not relieved by your partner or self-gratification, and they are getting you into trouble in your personal life, relationships or the law, then it is time to seek help from a trained mental health specialist. Psychotherapy and med mgmt can help. You can try distracting yourself w/ other safe, healthy activities such as exercise, volunteer work and attending support groups.
