I need advice on what to do with this lump on my penis?

Here are some ...: Please describe what the lump looks like and where it locates, i.e., at which part of the penis? And is it on or beneath the skin? And how do you feel about it? How long has it been? Has it changed in color, size, etc. over time? With these and a direct look and palpation, it's hard to come up an accurate Dx.
