Varies: Normal systolic is under 100 so between 85-99 and the diastolic between 50-70 so if you have a bP like a healthy adult 120/80 you would be considered prehypertensive

According to NIH: http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/guidelines/hypertension/child_tbl.pdf Breaking this down as best as I can for a 17yo female Systolic range should be 105-115 Diastolic Range in the 60s Outside of that may still be normal if it borders on these edges.

Good question!: According to the NHLBI* guidelines, a 17 year old female should have a systolic blood pressure (top number) about 108 - 132 and diastolic blood pressure (bottom number) about 64 - 86. see http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/files/docs/guidelines/child_tbl.pdf *NHLBI is the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute
