Often none: ...Until the cancer is advanced and incurable. When symptoms happen, they can be lung related (cough, shortness of breath, spitting blood) or related to advanced disease like bone pain or headaches due to metastases. Also, patients can experience fatigue and weight loss. If you smoke, please stop.

Lung Ca Symportoms: Lung cancer symptoms vary from patient to patient and stage to stage. Symptoms can vary from chronic cough, weight loss to symptoms like hemoptysis (coughing up blood) and shortness of breath and wheezing. Other less common symptoms are elevated calcium and/or low sodium and/or anemia on blood testing and bony pain and peripheral neuropathy.
