Probably nothing: You don;t indicate the time between scans. If it was a short period, there may be overlap between values; for instance, if the us says 5w that could mean 4w5d to 5w4d. A study done a week later could overlap these values. Anyway, fetal pole (embryo size is much more significant the sac size.
