i am experiencing chronic bloating and gas and it really influences my quality of life.. what are the possible causes and what can be done about it?

It may be a: Digestive disorder. Your doc or a gastroenterologist will tell you. Alternatively, you may have a food allergy. You can be tested for both of the above. They will ask about your diet. Some things are harder to digest than others and in that process bloating and gas is the byproduct. Peace and good health.
