Possible?: I suppose it is possible since the pregnancy hormone is produced once the fertilized egg implants, but it is not typical to get symptoms until a little later when the levels are higher.

Back To School: Perhaps you are forgetting your health class. Once conception has occurred (one to five days after intercourse) the fetus has to transit through the fallopian tubes, land on and attach to the wall of the uterus and then grow. The mother's body does not have any physical or chemical connection to the fetus in this process until about ten to fourteen days after conception. Thus asymptomatic.
