I am always belching even when i'm just waking up . What could cause this ?

Aerophagia: This may mean you swallow more air or make more gas. Things like carbonated beverages are no-brainers on this but even things like drinking from straws can increase gas in the stomach. Gas neutralizing agents like over the counter gasx can sometimes be helpful.
