Low, depends.: How do you know there was no spillage? Condom got stuck halfway in - doesn't sound good... Ella is a great emergency contraception method. Depending on where you are in your cycle, that would determine risk of pregnancy. If you are before ovulation, then good chances that very low risk of pregnancy. If you are at or after ovulation, then greater chance of pregnancy.
