I have sinusitis leading to head pressure and off balance. meds have not worked. would balloon sinusplasty make me feel balanced again?

Probably not: There are many unanswered questions here. Has a cat scan of the sinuses by done? How extensive is the sinusitis? What sinuses are involved? In general chronic sinus infection does not lead to loss of balance. Finally, balloon sinoplasty will only enlarge the openings of the maxillary or frontal sinuses. If you have polypoid or cystic disease of the sinuses, this technique may not work.
