Ask your ORS: Not sure if your required surgery or just casting/ cam walker treatment but most distal fibular fractures are healed @ 8 wks.Or so. Physical therapy to strengthen the tendons about the ankle and proprioceptive ( coordination) exercises may take another 2-4 wks. You should be 'rehabbing' now and close to returning to your full activities.Ask your ors for specifics. Best of luck!
