No problem: Unless urine contains sugar, protein, blood, bacteria or is leucocyte esterase positive (more than 2 - 3 white blood cells/high power field under a microscope).

Yes: Urine pH fluctuates wildly depending on many variables including how much sulfate and phosphate are in your food. The only reason we really test is to see whether the specimen is spoiled and degraded by bacteria, which gives a very high pH.
