Pregnant?: If your HCG level is under the detectable minimum of the over-the-counter test, then you may be pregnant, but it may be too early to tell, in which case you probably aren't even late for a period. But the HCG level rises quickly and won't remain undetectable for long. A blood test would be most accurate in this confusing case.
