Brown = Blood: If you're having old brown blood, it could be the beginning of a period, or it could be abnormal bleeding not related to a period. If this just happens once, i wouldn't worry, but if your periods are irregular, and you have intermittent brown discharge, then i'd find a gyn doc to help diagnose your problem.
