Urologist can tell if an postop. 10 weeks (direct hernia repair) hydrocelle that changes it's size during the day can go/heal, if not-when/how can tell?

Need exam: You should have an exam, ideally by the surgeon that repaire the hernia. If that's not an option, i would recommend a general surgeon with experience in herni repair, which is most of them. Hope this helps!

See primary surgeon: If the hernia is a direct hernia this just a weakening of the fascial structures and this often repaired by a general surgeon with the mesh. Early recurrence and late recurrence are often managed by the general surgeon performing the procedure. Management pending on if there is any residual defect present, degree of symptoms and other risk factors.
