A visit to the doc: Sounds like you need to see a doctor. Make your way to the local urgent care for an evaluation and management to get you on the right track. All the best!

See your doctor soon: If swallowing is difficult and your chest is tight, this is not something to wait around for- call your primary doctor or go to an urgent care or emergency room. It could be an infection or allergic reaction or a tumor or any number of things- you need to get checked out to know for sure. Good luck.
