May be pregnant: There are many causes of abn bleeding, the most common is pregnancy and i recommend that you go and buy a pregnancy test. If it is negative and this persists, you should see your gynecologist to rule out other causes.

Bleeding: Bleeding like this could represent an std or infection of the cervix. It could also represent irregular hormones and if it persists this can be evaluated by the gynecologist as well when they do the std screening.
