spots around vagina/anus, brownish redish goo found around anus and yellowish/white watery discharge from vagina?

Exam: You need an exam to say what these spots and goo are. Mucous is normal to have extruding from the anus, so no worries that way. Spots.... Hard to say as they could be many things. Watery white or yellowish discharge from the vagina is also completely normal. See a doctor, though, for an exam.
