Rupture the tube: Orgasm and intercourse, for that matter, run the risk of rupturing the fallopian tube and causing massive intra-abdominal bleeding. If the md suspects a tubal pregnancy, you need to have additional testing to rule it in or out, now! so give your md a call.

Nothing : That doesn't make sense. Perhaps doctor meant to avoid intercourse until it can confirmed there is a normal viable intrauterine pregnancy.

Ectopic pregnancy: A tubal (not tubular) pregnancy means that the pregnancy implanted in your fallopian tube and while a small number of these self resolve, most need Methotrexate or surgery. I imagine your doc's thought process is that cramping and spotting after sex in pregnancy or orgasm may make it difficult to know if its bleeding from the tubal pregnancy or the sexual activity.
