Find the cause first: Age 24 is too young to continue with such pain. You need a doctor who can help diagnose your condition and may require many questions to be answered, as data gathering is an important step toward finding a right diagnosis, so that you will receive an appropriate treatment. The last half of your sentence is not even making sense, so i see that you cannot concentrate well enough. See an md asap!
