My menses usually come 21/25 days. but i had menses 3 times this time with 16 then 12 day cycles. what's happening? could i be pregnant?

Anovulatory bleeding: Pregnancy is always on the list of possibilities when a woman has abnormal uterine bleeding or cycles. You may be having anovulatory cycles (cycle without producing an egg from the ovary).
