Can you tell me are led lights at raves/clubs bad for the eyes?

Not bad: Led lights are all over the place and becoming more commonplace. Some lights at clubs are flashing and can be a problem for certain people with seizure disorders, but there is harm to the eyes unless you stare at them for a long time.

No: Red light is not harmful. In fact, red is the only color that does not ruin your dark adaptation.
