Calluses: Are the gradual thickening of the skin due to repeated pressure. It's a protective thing and not anything you can rush. If you try to rush it, you'll blister instead. I assume you want these calluses for a sport like karate. That would be the only legitimate reason i could think of for you to actually want calluses.

Not sure : Why anyone would want this but they come from pressure/ friction usually over bony prominences or under areas of increased pressure.
