What parts does a transsexual women get?

Dr. Henry Ng answered

Surgery: Some transgender women have surgeries to have their bodies be more consistent with a feminine presentation. They may have breast augmentations or facial feminization surgeries. Others have "bottom" surgery like orchiectomy (removal of the testicles) or genital surgery to create a neovagina which are performed by specially trained surgeons. Expense is an issue due to lack of insurance coverage.
