Not from me: I have not decided yet that using e-cigs is really a "harm reduction" method I should embrace, and help my patients choose ones that have been proven to best do that. However, the companies have not published studies of any of their products, and can't be required to, per the supreme court. A product that allows you to dial back the nicotine to reduce use, or those without nicotine might be best.
