A member asked:

I've got a very painful and swollen labia after shaving. is there a cream i can use for this?

Neosporin, but....: The symptoms may be caused by local irritation from shaving, but if worsening or lasting more than a few hours, evaluation is advised. Infection could be present. In meantime, if you have no allergy to neosporin, it is ok to use a pea-sized amount to the area. This may soothe irritation, but if infected you will need other treatment.
