Possibly scoliosis: one of the more common reasons a person may have an assymetry in their abdomen or trunk is a condition known as scoliosis. Scoliosis is a curvature of the spine, but it often also involves a rotation of the torso that can cause an assymetry in the shoulders, back and abdomen. consider being seen for further evaluation.
