Stuck contact lens: Try putting your contact lens drops in the eye. This may help rehydrate your contact lens to help get it unstuck from your eye surface. It also may help to have someone else you know who also wears contacts to try to remove it for you. It's important to make sure that the contact is still on your eye and hasn't already just fallen out. This is quite common.
