I don't know: And it may not be related, unless you are really smoking way more than you used to. An old technique of helping people quit (didn't really work) was to "smoke-load" - have people smoke one cigarette after another after another. They usually ended up nauseated and throwing up. If it continues, i would see your doctor for an evaluation. Secondly, quit smoking and get help with it if needed.
