Depends: For an average healthy person, either injectable quadrivalent flu vaccine or inhaled quadrivalent flu vaccine would be reasonable choices. But if there is an egg allergy, any immune problems, or certain other complicating factors, that would impact which vaccine is used. This should be discussed between you and your doctor.
