See doctor and: make sure it is a sinus infection. If it is Amoxicillin, cephalosprorins and z pack can be safely used in pregnancy. Saline nasal spray and a coll mist vaporizer can help with congestion.

Saline: Saline irrigations (neti pot or squeeze bottle) are particularly quite safe and effective in treating and preventing chronic sinus infections. There are other natural remedies, but saline has the most scientific research to support its use. Saline is safe during pregnancy.
