Treat it: Sounds simple, but part of eczema treatment is maintenance (i.e. Keeping it under control) which is usually done with moisturizers and other things to maintain the barrier protection your skin provides. Flare-ups usually require topical steroids to "put the fire out". If you are having problems with either of these (or both) then see a dermatologist.
