Many possibilities: Have you had intercourse recently? It'spossible that you are pregnant? That would explain a gush of clear fluid. Other possibilities include a cyst in the vagina that ruptured, something in the uterus, rupture of a cyst in the fallopian tube. If you're having a lot of pain, suggest you go to the er to be checked. Otherwise, consider making appt with gynecologist for an exam, possible ultrasound.
