Vaginal fissure : Are not related to anal fissure. Anal caused by the sphincter too right and tearing when you have bm. Sphincterotomy can be effective, but would reccomend stool softness and topical nitrate creams first, followed by Botox injections if that doesn't work. Sphincterotomy is last measure because of risk of incontinence. Vaginal tears are caused by trauma, especially if there is little lubricants.
