Maybe: Over the counter pregnancy tests are pretty accurate about 14 days after conception. If you are late for your period due to pregnancy, the test really should be positive by now. However, there are other possibilities: a late ovulation, dilute urine, or a bad test. Wait a couple of days, and if still no period, then take another test using your first morning urine.
