Can overmedicating on levothyroxine give you headaches ?

Depends: 1st, what is overmedicating? Accidentally taking an extra dose on rare occasion should have no effect as it has long half life. Chronic od can lead to many symptoms, one of which may be increased blood pressure which can cause headache.
