Condom did not catch sprem in center but went around down the base of the shaft am i safe? did not see any sprem outside if condom pulled out aswell

Unsure: Condoms by themselves have a fairly high failure rate. I would recommend getting on some type of birth control and use condoms as well ( to protect from std's). If you don't want to use any birth control then at least use a spermicide to help make the condom more effective. You can buy spermicides over the counter. If you are late for your next period, immediately do an otc pregnancy test.
