Sexual contact: If any part of your body, especially your genitals, are fingered, exposed or rubbed even though genital to genital contact was not done, that is still sexual contact and is rape in some contexts if you are under age. These could be a cause for action, especially if there is a power relationship such as teacher to pupil. If the victim is under puberty, it is always criminal pederasty.
