Further eval needed: The lump is most likely a benign cyst or just normal breast tissue. However, it could still signify something more serious like breast cancer. This would be rare in a 19 year old. Thus, to be absolutely certain, you should see your physician asap to evaluate it to ensure that it is a benign lump.
