My baby has had diarrhea and it came out blue one time what should i do?

Avoid blue drinks: I've never heard of a cause for blue stools that represented anything other than an item consumed by baby. Whether a supplemental fluid, popsicle, punch or semisolid food, there is no material i know of that turns blue during digestion. It all starts out that way.

Fluids: Keep up with fluid losses during diarrhea by giving a balanced electrolyte solution such as pedialyte. Make sure the infant wets their diapers at least three times a day and if it persists, see your doctor.
