Rest!: Tendon injuries take time to heal but usually heal on their own. Rest your leg, ice it, compress it, elevate it, take anti-inflamatories, and slowly begin stretching it as it heals (but don't over do it). Do not over stress it and it will heal over time. If you try to soon u may re-injure it and will take longer to get well.
