Fourteen: Perhaps if you think your fourteen year old child may be pregnant it is time to go to the pediatrician's office and to have an open and frank discussion and exam. If she is sexual you will want her on 100% effective birth control at the very least. Pain in her breasts could represent infection and she needs an examination.
