Need the diagnosis: Successful therapy is achieved by treating the cause of the disease, not the symptom. If you just treat the symptoms you will at best get temporary relief. If you treat the cause, you can get rid of the problem and the symptoms. Remember, without a diagnosis, its just a guessing game. Rec.: see your pcp for evaluation, diagnosis and treatment.

Urologist: Sounds like you are going to need to be evaluated by a physician in person. There are many possible causes and determining the cause dictates the treatment.
