Not necessarily: The d;c should have emptied the uterus of any left over tissue. If your periods have returned to normal and you have no pelvic pain or spotting after a couple of months then it should have no bearing on the incomplete abortion. Did the ob-gyn give you any reason for the incomplete abortion?
