Tough to say: If you have open sores etc, you could be at risk. The act itself brings the prostitutes saliva in contact with your urethral meatus (opening at the end of your penis). That being said, you still may be ok, but this behavior will just drive you crazy and make you think like you are now. Get a full std panel to be safe and know for sure.
