Yes.: Breasts vary from person to person; they are composed of glandular, fibrous and fatty tissue. Therefore, cancer is not the only type of lump that one can feel in the breast. However, the rule of thumb is, when one feels something, have it examined by an expert: they will feel it, image it, and determine whether or not it is cancer.
