my 3yr old has had a fever from102-105 and says belly hurts for 4 days brought him to the er. elevated liver enzymes. they discharged us. cause?

Usually viral illnes: A lot of illnesses can cause elevated liver enzymes. Make sure you follow up with your doctor especially if your son seems very ill or his eyes look yellow.
